As a wellness coach and registered dietitian, I go beyond just giving you a meal plan or exercise routine. I help you uncover the root causes of your struggles with health, energy, and confidence — and together, we build habits that fit your life. Think of me as your guide, educator, and cheerleader all in one.

2. What can I expect in a coaching session with you?
Our sessions are a safe, supportive space where we focus on you. We’ll talk about your goals, your challenges, and what’s most important in your life right now. I’ll provide practical strategies and tools you can start using right away. Every session is tailored to your needs, not a cookie-cutter plan.

3. How is your program different from other diets or health plans?
Most diets/or programs tell you to follow a specific plan and have more of a “cookie cutter” approach that may not fit in with you that won’t work long-term. My approach is different: we focus on creating sustainable shifts that support your body, mind, and lifestyle. It’s not about “quick fixes” — it’s about building lasting energy, confidence, and balance.

4. Do you provide meal plans, recipes, or grocery lists?
Yes! You’ll receive practical resources like meal plans, recipes, and shopping guides. But more importantly, I’ll teach you how to adapt these tools to your real life — whether that’s a busy schedule, family preferences, or eating out. My goal is to help you feel confident making nourishing choices anywhere.

5. Do I need to count calories or follow a strict diet?
Nope. I don’t believe in rigid diets or counting every bite. Instead, I’ll help you learn how to listen to your body, balance your meals, and enjoy food without guilt. This is about freedom, not restriction.

6. Is your program suitable if I have food allergies or health conditions?
Yes. Because I’m also a registered dietitian, I can help you navigate food allergies, sensitivities, or health concerns. Together we’ll design a plan that supports your unique needs while still being enjoyable and realistic.

I primarily work with women virtually, which means we can connect no matter where you live. This makes it easy to fit into your busy life. I also will book in person visits if that is what works better for you.

10. What happens after the program ends — is there ongoing support?
Absolutely. Many women choose to continue with ongoing sessions or join group coaching for community and accountability. I’ll be here to support you for the long haul, not just during the initial program.
